I'm a black tag and was supposed to take my black belt exam in 2018 but wasn't able to because I missed a lot of training due to work. Last year, 2019, I also missed a lot of training due to work. I'm hoping this year, 2020, will be better.
I'm pretty confident with my combinations but need to work on my cardio, especially endurance. I have Step 3 Asthma, which is a nuisance, so need to build my lungs up gradually which is the aim for this year.
